The accident happened at the Ahwerase Christland School Junction in the Akuapem South Municipality on Friday, August 14, 2026.
The Aburi Fire Station received a distress call at 20:38 hours and dispatched a four-member crew led by ADO II Kwarteng to the scene. The collision resulted in extensive damage to the front bumper of the Toyota Altis, partial damage to the offside of the Ford Ranger, and damage to a nearby electrical shop.
The injured persons were attended to at the scene.
The crew returned to base at 21:42 hours. The exact cause of the accident was not immediately established.
