The Alamein Africa Forum opens on Saturday with an address by the President of Egypt and a keynote by Nigerian businessman, Aliko Dangote.
President Mahama will later deliver the keynote at a plenary session on βInvesting in Health: Manufacturing and Regional Value Chainsβ. He will examine health as a strategic economic sector and investable market, and not just a social expenditure.
The heads of state gathering for the 8th African Union Mid-Year Coordination Summit will be on Sunday, with President Mahama expected to hold key bilateral meetings on the sidelines, including a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
The gatherings aim to advance African economic integration and sustainable development while creating a platform for governments, businesses, and financial institutions to explore investment opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
