Netflix declines to raise offer for Warner Bros

Netflix said on Thursday it will not raise its offer for Warner Bros Discovery after the HBO Max owner's board determined that Paramount Skydance's latest proposal was a "Superior Proposal" to the streaming pioneer's existing merger agreement.
