Woman Invokes River Curse On Partner, Demands GHS100,000 Compensation If He Leaves Her

A young Ghanaian woman has sparked widespread conversation after invoking a curse on her partner by calling on a river deity to strike down any woman who marries him apart from herself.

In a viral video, the woman alleged that she and her partner had made a covenant never to break up.

According to her, she has endured years of hardship and sacrifices while supporting him, and if he tries to abandon for another woman after he becomes more stable in life, may the gods deal with him on her behalf.

In the video, she declared that unless her partner compensates her with a sum of GHS100,000, the gods should not spare him if he decides to marry another woman.
