Man weeps as thieves steal his phone, laptop and tablet through his window while he was fast asleep
A Nigerian man, identified on X as Chigozie Allen, has narrated how thieves broke into his home and made away with his personal gadgets while he was fast asleep.

According to Chigozie, he plugged his phone, tablet, and laptop to charge overnight after returning from work.

However, he woke up to the shocking discovery that all the items had been stolen.

He explained that the gadgets were plugged in near a window, which the thieves took advantage of by tearing the net and curtain before dragging the devices out.

In his account of the incident, sharing the painful experience in a post on X, he wrote:
“Phone, laptop, tablet all gone during charging just like that because of a few hours’ sleep after work at night. Curtains moved, window net torn. Slept with this phone using to tweet. If not…”

“Gadgets not close to window, just shattered completely. I was fast asleep after work, was exhausted. If you open the window & curtains, you will see the gadgets charging but it’s far only if something long was used to drag it.”
