Tepa:  24-year-old man stabbed to death in fight over woman
A 24-year-old man, identified as Alhaji Issah, has been stabbed to death in Tepa, located in the Ahafo Ano North District of the Ashanti Region.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, following a heated altercation between the deceased and the suspect over a romantic relationship.

Eyewitnesses told this reporter that Alhaji Issah confronted the suspect, accusing him of snatching his girlfriend. The argument quickly escalated into a fight, during which the suspect allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Issah.


The victim was rushed to the Tepa Government Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

The Tepa Police Command has since arrested the suspect, who is currently in custody assisting with investigations.

The tragic event has left residents of Tepa in shock, with many describing it as a grim reminder of the dangers of violent disputes over relationships.
