Many personnel are yet to receive their February allowance - Concerned National Service Personnel Association of Ghana
The President of the Concerned National Service Personnel Association of Ghana (CNSPAG), Kwadwo Ye-Large, popularly known as the Political Doctor, says the association acknowledges recent partial payments of National Service allowances following its earlier press release and sustained public advocacy.

According to him, the association’s previous intervention helped draw national attention to the prolonged delay in payments, which contributed to the release of outstanding allowances for some personnel. However, he stresses that the situation remains unresolved.

Kwadwo Ye-Large notes that many service personnel are still yet to receive their February allowances, while others who were previously flagged remain unpaid without clear communication.

He further expresses concern that the March allowances are still outstanding, leaving many young graduates in continued financial hardship.

He describes the situation as deeply painful, emphasizing that National Service Personnel continue to struggle with basic needs such as transportation, food, and accommodation.

In some cases, he adds, the delays have contributed to severe financial stress and health-related challenges among affected personnel.

While appreciating the partial response from authorities, he insists that "partial payment is not full resolution", and is therefore calling for the immediate settlement of all outstanding arrears.

The CNSPAG President is urging the National Service Authority and relevant government institutions to act swiftly, ensure transparency, and provide clear timelines for full payment to all affected personnel.

He maintains that the association remains committed to peaceful and constructive engagement, but warns that continued delays risk increasing frustration among service personnel nationwide.

He concludes with a strong appeal that no service personnel should be left behind in the payment process.
